My boss finally got in touch with me and thanked me. We had a nice little chat. She told me to go ahead and leave an hour early today to make up for having to cover an extra shift. I expressed a little frustration with T and told her it’s getting mighty tempting to put a size 11 foot up his ass. She told me that might be difficult seeing as her size 10 foot would be there first.
Moral of the story – always try to be the good kid, you’ll get something good out of the deal.

Thanks sweetie. Giving up just never does me any good. Sometimes I hide for awhile while I collect my thoughts and dig through the pile to find the appropriate pair of ass kicking shoes, but I always come back out swinging. 🙂

No worries. Bottom line – Depakote and Lithium together are a beautiful thing for me. I’m not hardly moody at all any more and the pieces of my life that seemed most broken are starting to come back together. It’s not all rainbows and roses yet, but we’re getting there.

It’s getting there. I still have a little twitchiness, but mostly when I’m stressed or tired. There’s a little in my right arm now as well, but my doc says that’s nothing to worry about and it’ll go away, too. Getting off the Geodon is what’s done this.
I’m waiting for lunch to hear if there are any real changes with him getting hired permanent or if it just means his pay check will come from a different company. It’s a little frustrating because he never seems to ask the important questions like “will I be getting a raise?” when he has the opportunity.
