Peach Rice Pudding

3 C cooked rice (cooked it in milk last time, turned out creamier – 1 C white rice + 2 C milk + 1 Tbsp butter)
1 ½ C evaporated milk
1 14oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2/3 C brown sugar
3 Tbsp soft butter
2 tsp vanilla – must be REAL, none of that imitation shit
1 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
2 C finely chopped canned peaches

Combine it all and dump into a well-buttered crock pot – I mean it, really lube that puppy up. Cook on high for 1 – 2 hours or low for 4 – 6 hours, stirring once during the first 30 minutes.
